A comprehensive initial delivery including the delivery of the nebulizer machine, prescribed nebulizer medications, education material, instruction on equipment, medication and disease.

Nebulizer Program is restricted to Medicare and qualified insurance plans.

Reimbursement is restricted to qualifying diagnosis.

Second Wind Respiratory Care will bill insurance directly with minimum out of pocket expense.

Only medications delivered through a nebulizer are reimbursed by Medicare.

Program team that includes Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist and a Respiratory Coordinator to follow patients very closely.

Patient will receive monthly telephone calls by a Respiratory Therapist to insure compliance and monitor refills.

Patient will have daily access to Pharmacist and Respiratory Therapist.

Program will assist patients in following physician orders through monitoring compliance with physicians' orders and providing patient re-education.
